A qRT-PCR test is a quantitative test and measures the level of virus.
PCR is the safest way to assess the presence of viruses.

PCR TRAVEL CERTIFICATE

The regular PCR test result is an international travel certificate in English signed by a licensed physician. We also issue EU-Covid certificates in connection with the medical certificate for EU citizens and this can be collected via Kivra or a transcript at our clinic.

A sampling stick with a cotton stopper is taken and inserted at the back of the nose to the posterior pharyngeal wall and the sample is analyzed in a laboratory. You will receive an answer the next day (Regular time).

• Make sure you have at least a 6h margin from test response to departure.
• We only accept you who have been symptom-free for at least 48 hours.

The test response time is THE DAY AFTER sampling before 23.00 *
(The certificate is sent out between 29 - 38 hours after the test has been performed, depending on the geographical distance to the laboratory and test time)
